Can I ship to a P.O. Box, FPO, or APO Address?
Yes! (Mostly). Art sized 24"x30" and below, as well as apparel, are eligible to be shipped to a P.O. Box, FPO, or APO. All larger sizes require a physical address. Please note: We are unable to ship to Canadian P.O. Boxes.
What if my order is a gift?
How thoughtful! Just so you know, prices will never be included on any packing slips for any products. However, we are unable to accommodate including notes or gift messages with your order.
Do you offer International Shipping to Canada & Beyond?
Canada? YES! Beyond? Unfortunately, no. (But we LOVE our international friends, so keep reading!). International Customers: While we would love to fill your far-flung home with beautiful art, Lindsay Letters currently ships to the US and Canada only.
What if tracking shows as "delivered," but it's not?

We're so sorry your order isn't in your hands yet!. Sometimes the journey a package takes looks quite the mystery to us, too. If your order shipped by UPS, you may want to login (or create) a UPS MyChoice account and make an inquiry directly with UPS
Do you offer delayed shipping options?
No, not generally. Here's why: all Lindsay Letters products are made to you, just for you!. Your order moves into production as soon as your order is placed. With this in mind, we aren't able to delay shipments once the order is placed, except on rar
