Here's how it works:

After placing your order, your selection(s) will go into production, where they will be custom-made-to-order, by hand, in the USA. We observe postal and national holidays, along with weekends, and those are not to be included in business day calculations. The day your order is placed is considered day zero. Orders often ship in multiple packages, and sometimes on different days. Please be sure to scroll all the way down on your tracking email(s), to make sure you get the entire scope. 

Tracking 

As soon as your order is on it's way to you, you will receive an automated email from [email protected], which will include a tracking link for USPS or UPS. Sometimes this link may take up to 24-48 hours post-shipment to be accurate and active. This because the tracking link won't reflect data until the package is picked up and scanned. We can't wait to deliver your new art!

Shipping to Canada

Yes, we can ship to Canada! Please note however that we cannot ship to Canadian PO Boxes. If you enter a Canadian PO Box address for shipment, your order will go on hold until we get a physical address from you, which will delay shipment. We also cannot guarantee that there won't be fees or duties upon delivery. (This is particularly applicable for our goodies and apparel. We've yet to see fees or duties charged on our art orders).

International Shipping

We are sorry but at this time we cannot ship Internationally. However, please contact us if you are outside of the continental US and Canada and are interested in Lindsay Letters art.

Address Changes

If you happen to enter an incorrect address when checking out, please contact us as soon as possible with your new shipping address and we will do our best to adjust any orders that have not yet shipped. If your order is in the final stages of production, we may not be able to update the shipping address. However, once you receive your tracking number, you can log in to your UPS MyChoice account and request a change of delivery address directly with UPS. 

Customization Changes

If you need to change something about your order, the most streamlined way to do this would be for you to place a new order for the correct item that you would like, and then contact us immediately to cancel your original order. If that system doesn't feel comfortable for you, please contact us as soon as possible and we will advise from there!

Order Cancellation

All of our items are printed on-demand and we get started on your artwork as soon as the order is placed. We don't keep any stock in product, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. 

Sending a gift?

Not to worry! Prices will never be included on any packing slips for any products. However, we are unable to accommodate including notes or gift messages with your order.
