Please keep in mind:

1. We are a small, small business. Lindsay is the only full time employee! Please allow for 24 hours before you might see a response from us, and longer during November and December. We will prioritize urgent matters first, but we promise to take care of you.

2. Once it leaves the warehouse, your package is in God's hands. Or rather, the hands of individuals with a lot to do in a little amount of time. If something does happen to get damaged in the transit, please send us a few photos and we will absolutely get it taken care of right away. Take a deep breath, it will be okay! It will just be okay a little later than we were hoping.
