What if tracking shows as "delivered," but it's not?Updated 5 months ago

This is one of the most common tracking errors we see—a package marked as "delivered" a full day or even two before it is actually delivered. We aren't sure why, but we would love to know, too!

Here's the deal: 9 out of 10 times, it will deliver. 

And if it doesn't, we will absolutely make sure that you have your art in the end! 

If your missing package is for a time-sensitive gift and you're feeling nervous (understandable), please contact us. However, know that we have access to all of the same carrier info you do.

If your item is not for a time-sensitive gift, please wait a full business day after the tracking indicates delivery (meaning, if your tracking "delivered" on Monday morning, wait until the end of the day Tuesday). This gives UPS a day to correct the mistake (or a day for your neighbor to realize they have the wrong box). 

If it still hasn't arrived after a full day: log in to your UPS MyChoice (or create one for free) and inquire about a missing package. 

If you're the unlucky 1 out of 10, and if UPS is unable to locate your package, please contact us with your order number and we will absolutely take care of you!
