Purchasing art is a meaningful investment in your home, and we do everything we can to honor and protect your investment! 

Did your product arrive damaged?

If your art was damaged during shipment, know that we will absolutely make it right.

All you need to do is contact us – 
- Include your order number
- Please also attach photos of the damages. Photos of the box would be helpful, but at the least, include photos of the damaged artwork. (We need these in order to submit a claim to the carrier).
- Rest easy, and wait for our team to start a replacement for you as soon as possible.

Kindly consider: if your item arrived damaged, please do not leave a negative review. As unfortunate as it is, we absolutely have no control over how the carriers treat our packages. We package every order similarly, and 99.99% of them arrive perfectly. We encourage your honest review of the things strictly within our control – product quality, service, etc. But shipping & handling is not one of the things we can manage. Thanks for understanding!

Would you like to exchange your product for something else?

If you're not delighted with your selection after you see it in your home, we will be happy to exchange it for something that will! Please email within 30 days of delivery (60 days for orders placed in November & December), and we'll be happy to take care of you. Include your order number and a brief description of why the piece did not suit your taste or home. We have different exchange procedures depending on whether you would like an item of equal or higher value, and we will get back to you with further instructions.

Please note that all of our products are custom-made-to-order and that we never re-sell art that has already shipped. 

We are thrilled to offer our customers products that are created through a handful of USA-based production partners that specially make everything to order. We love this because there is no waste in unused products, and we can make you exactly what you want.

The customization options we offer means that a single piece of art could be configured many, many ways. We don't keep a warehouse to store and organize returns until the next person chooses the exact same configuration. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or make price adjustments on purchases.
