My Tracking Shows "Delivered" But It Is NotUpdated 9 months ago

First: you're not the only one! This is one of the most common tracking errors we see—a package marked as "delivered" a full day or even two before it is actually delivered.

Here's the honest truth: 9 out of 10 times, it will deliver. 

Here is more honest truth: We will absolutely make sure that you have your art in the end! 

If your missing package is for a time-sensitive gift and you're feeling nervous (understandable), please contact us and we'll pull out all the stops.

If your item is not for a time-sensitive gift, please wait a full business day after the tracking indicates delivery (meaning, if your tracking "delivered" on Monday morning, wait until the end of the day Tuesday). This gives UPS a day to correct the mistake (or a day for your neighbor to realize they have the wrong box). 

If it still hasn't arrived after a full day: log in to your UPS MyChoice (or create one for free) and inquire about a missing package. 

If you're the unlucky 1 out of 10, and if UPS is unable to locate your package, please contact us with your order number and we will absolutely take care of you!
