My Order Seems "Stuck" Or Is Taking The Wrong RouteUpdated 9 months ago

Sometimes the journey a package takes looks quite the mystery to us, too. If your order shipped by UPS, you may want to login (or create) a UPS MyChoice account and make an inquiry directly with UPS.

9 times out of 10, a non-efficient path will still lead to your doorstep. But if it's been 5 days since your package shipped and it seems to be stalled (i.e. the estimated delivery day on your tracking has passed and the package hasn't moved in a couple of days), or if you have contact the shipper and are not getting an answer, please contact us!
