We offer E-Gift Cards, which is a Gift Card that's code is actually emailed right to you, instead of a physical card. Check out our various Gift Card pricing options for the special someone in your life!
Our E-Gift Cards are delightful to give and receive! We think you'll find the process intuitive each step of the way, but if you have any questions about the process, read on!
You can purchase an e-gift card here, in increments of $20 - $500.
Add the amount of your choice to your cart.
At checkout, enter your own email address.
After placing your order, you will receive three consecutive emails. (If you don't see them in your inbox, check your promotions/junk/spam folders.)
E-mail No. 1: Your Order Confirmation email. This is your receipt.
E-mail No. 2: The E-Gift Card (subject: "❤ Your Lindsay Letters gift card is ready!"). This email includes two buttons: one to immediately view the gift card, and another to schedule delivery of the gift card at a later time.
If you schedule your gift card to be delivered, you'll receive a confirmation email like this one:
E-mail No. 3: Printable Gift Certificate (Email subject: "Your downloads are here! xo, Lindsay Letters"). There is both an everyday and a festive option to choose from within the zipped folder. To fill out the printable, you will need to copy down the numeric code that your recipient will redeem at checkout, which you can find by clicking "view your gift card" in the second email ("❤ Your Lindsay Letters Gift Card is Ready!).

Q: Do you offer physical gift cards?
A: No, we do not. However, there is a printable option that comes with every e-gift card purchase (see above)!
Q: How can I send the E-Gift Card to my recipient from my email address?
A: Click "View my gift card" within the "❤ Your Lindsay Letters® gift card is ready!" email. You can copy and paste the link to that page into an email that you write to your recipient.
Q: What if I can't find the email with the E-Gift Card or Gift Card Printable Certificate?
A: These emails are sent from our automated system. If you don't see these emails at first glance, be sure to also check your spam/junk/updates/promotions folders! If you still can't find it, contact us with your order number and we will gladly assist.
Please note that we are unable to see your actual gift code in our system, which treats this card like any other credit or debit card. As such, our only solution would be to re-send the gift card email, because that is the only place your gift card code is recorded in full.
Q: Can you use discount codes to purchase gift cards?
A: No, that would be cheating.
Q: Can you use discount codes when you redeem a gift certificate?
A: Yes, that would be fun!
Q: Can the gift certificate amount apply towards the shipping cost?
A: Shipping is free at Lindsay Letters!
Q: Where do I apply/redeem my gift card code?
A: Your gift card code will be a combination of sixteen letters and numbers, and it is not case sensitive. After you click the required box on the shopping cart page, you'll be directed to the payment portal.
After the cart page, once you check the "I understand" box, you'll be directed to a page where you add your billing and shipping information.
On a desktop, the place where you add your discount code is to the right, in the blush box.
On mobile or a tablet, the space for the Gift Card code will appear at the top of the screen (see image on left). Once you click the cart to expand, there will be a space to enter your discount code (see image on the right).
Enter the Gift Card code in the space provided, click the arrow, and you're all set! (If you're using both a Gift Card and a discount code, just enter one, click "apply," and then enter the other. Click "apply" once more and you're good to go!
