Because each art product is custom made just for you, we do not accept preference-based returns. However, your satisfaction is the most important thing to us, so please reach out if you have any concerns.
We understand that ordering art online is a risk, and we totally understand being apprehensive, especially since we cannot accommodate returns.
To avoid any dissatisfaction, we recommend you follow these tips!:
1. When in doubt, email us! We LOVE helping to advise on your art purchasing decisions! We will also offer you a 10% off code for when you place your order, just to say thanks for letting us be a part of your process!
2. Measure, measure, measure! We know it's an extra step, but it's so worth it. We suggest using painter's tape and measuring out the area. In 10 years, our most popular requests for exchanges are:
• People wish they had ordered larger
• People wish they had ordered with a frame
3. We are unable to send frames separately, as those are custom built around the artwork.
Even though we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges, please do email us and let us know if your order did not meet your expectations. We are here to serve, and would love to know how we can improve.
If your art was damaged in shipment, contact us and we will absolutely take care of you and get you a replacement! Thank you for your patience – these are delicate materials being shipped, and things do happen, but we are here to serve and get you what you need in one, beautiful piece.
