To unsubscribe from receiving promotional emails, simply hit the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of every email. Please note, this does not apply to transactional emails (for example, if you place an order, we'll still send your order confirmation and shipping email, etc.).

If you'd like to unsubscribe from receiving texts from Lindsay Letters, simply text "STOP" to be unsubscribed. This applies to any brand or company that texts you. 

Sometimes there is a slight lag when unsubscribing, and you'll receive an additional email or text (for example, if a campaign was already scheduled that included your email as a recipient), but once you unsubscribe, you should be all set on our end.
