What are Printable Downloads & Fine Art Downloads?

Lindsay Letters® Printable Downloads & Fine Art Downloads are artwork – lettered artwork, paintings, graphic design, and some vintage pieces – created by Lindsay, or sourced by our team, that are made available to you as digitally received files.

What is the difference between the two types of Downloads you offer?

Printable Downloads are available as 8x10 designs, sent as PDF files, intended for printing on your home printer or sending to a local print shop. They are less expensive than our Fine Art Downloads, and meant as a quick and easy way to attain some fun art! They are available to our customers both stateside and abroad.

Fine Art Downloads are our more upscale offerings, and are currently available only to our customers shopping outside of our current shipping zones. (If you are shopping from an area outside of our shipping zones, you should see a pop up, prompting you to visit this exclusive collection. If you don't see it, email us!) These are pieces of art that are available to be printed at larger sizes, and delivered via JPEG file. We recommend you have these pieces professionally printed on your choice of paper, canvas, or vinyl. If you use a printer that does good work on good quality material, your finished piece will be just as beautiful of an heirloom as any canvas or print that you purchased directly from LL. 

Where are my files?

After checkout on the confirmation page, you will see the option to download your prints immediately. This will be located in the top left side of the page. 

You will also receive two emails: (1) an order confirmation, (2) followed by an email with a link with your files to download. You should receive the second email within minutes of your purchase. 

If for some reason you don't receive an email within 5 minutes, search "Lindsay Letters" or "Fetch" (the app that delivers our downloads), to see if it's hiding in a promotional folder. The subject line of this email will be, "Your downloads are here! (xo, Lindsay Letters)". If you still can't locate it, contact us and we will take care of you!
