About our Premium FramesUpdated 5 months ago

We have two types of canvas frames at Lindsay Letters – Gallery Frames and Premium Frames. Both styles of frames are available on all of our canvases, so you can select which framing option suits your taste, budget, and the artwork best.

Our Premium Frames aren't necessarily better quality, but they are more elite (and more expensive) because they take longer to produce, and come equipped with our brand-favorite hanging kits – more on that below!

(Find detailed images of our frames here! →)

Coastal White/Driftwood
The Coastal White frame is so unique! It's thick, measuring at 2" wide, and is a printed photograph of real woodgrain, with a nice texture that pays homage to raw wood (only much easier to clean and care for). The Coastal White has tones of white, grey, taupe, and sable.

Here is an example of our Coastal White/Driftwood Frame.

Champagne
You won't find another frame quite like this one! The warm, champagne-silver finish gets a unique upgrade with a repetitive leafing imprint and subtle flecks and color variations. The moulding is thick with elegant bevels, adding interest and elegance to any art or calendar. It's dramatic and chunky and adds the perfect touch of shine while still being very traditional.

Here is an example of our Champagne frame.

Antique Gold
This is a really special 1.75” thick frame creates a "collected" feel to your artwork. The moulding has a chiseled surface and boasts a wide variety of colors within it, including matte white gold, copper and greenish tones – evoking an oxidized, antiqued, kind of worn-away feel.

The chiseled moulding will not line up perfectly at the corners, as this would be impossible with the custom construction of each frame. But enjoy this feature, as it adds to its overall unique character!

Here is an example of our Antique Gold Frame.

(Kindly note: be gentle when storing our frames with metallic finishings, as the delicate nature of the foil makes the surface more susceptible to nicks and damage, especially on the corners).

Shaker Oak
This simple wood frame (0.875” wide) is a crowd favorite, and has a warm oak stain on it, a satin finish, and looks especially great on vintage reproductions. It has a very slim profile, and looks great leaning even on narrow mantles and ledges. Somehow, magically, this little frame helps bring a feeling of "home" and familiarity to our canvases.
